The name Precision HR Management was chosen due to the connotation behind the word precision. Precision represents meticulousness and conciseness, which are important when consulting and guiding companies that are attempting to expand and develop their brand. By incorporating an arrow within the letter p of Precision, the tone of the company is visualized, in order to prompt customers expectations of Precision HR Management. According to the article, Color Psychology: The Psychological Effects of Colors, teal is a gender-neutral tone (Art Therapy, 2012); thus, chosen to be the color of the logo because it exemplifies the company’s willingness to work with any brand.
